Hello everyone,

I would like to edit opened field on Problem management. This is OOB field.

I disabled ACL 'problem.opened_at' but the field is still not editable. Is there any way I can edit this field? I would appreciate any comment. Thank you!

@Mari2  You also have to disable dictionary override on "Opened" field. You will see "dictionary override" for this field on problem table.

It has been read only by ACL + Dictionary Override. so make changes based on your need.

Thanks,

Harsh

Hi @AshishKM,

Thank you very much for your comment. I understood there is a risk to break something by making this field editable.

In the meantime, I added a role to two ACLs 'task.opened_at' and 'problem.opened_at' but still was not able to modify the field. Am I missing something? Any advice would be appreciated.

@Harsh Vardhan,

Thank you very much for your guidance. I confirmed I was able to edit the opened field by changing both ACL and dictinary override, as you showed me. Thank you so much! But as many others suggested, I decided not to provide this option to our RPA team. Anyway, it's good to know how it works.

Appreciate for your support as always!
