Hello everyone,
I would like to edit opened field on Problem management. This is OOB field.
I disabled ACL 'problem.opened_at' but the field is still not editable. Is there any way I can edit this field? I would appreciate any comment. Thank you!

@Mari2 You also have to disable dictionary override on "Opened" field. You will see "dictionary override" for this field on problem table.
It has been read only by ACL + Dictionary Override. so make changes based on your need.
Thanks,
Harsh

Hi @Mari2
As a process consultant
1- It will not give picture, if you get report in problem open in a month
2- If SLA are there, then it may distibured
3. Prb opened can be earlier then incident create as well
and it can be any back date . may be before you get SN instance. SO too many risk.

Hi @Mari2 ,
The "opened_at" belongs to task table, and there are ACLs on this field @problem and @task table level. You can check both ACL and update the access role & condition accordingly but it's something coming as OOTB and not recommend to allow edit by itil/or/admin users, this may lead to disturb some system level metric or other related calculation like SLA. So be aware before opening the edit door.
Refer the concern raised by experts here, @Anurag Tripathi and @Dr Atul G- LNG
-Thanks,
