How to Edit Servicenow docs

Hi all,

Servicenow docs are always amazing and helpful. Sometimes it may have some typos in it, which is hard to find.

From an end user side how can we correct that mistake:

1) Can we edit the document by ourself?

2) Or can we raise an update request, highlighting the mistake?

1) Can we edit the document by ourself?  --> No , we are like end user of SN docs, and we cant make any changes.

2) Or can we raise an update request, highlighting the mistake? --> Yes, we can do that.

In ServiceNow, users cannot directly edit the official documentation provided by the SNOW.
ServiceNow documentation pages usually have a feedback option that allows users to provide Feedback.

No. You can't. This is official ServiceNow documentation. If you could change a typo, you could change a sentence and before you know it, it is a mess.

Every doc page has a feedback button you can use to provide feedback (the thumb on the upper right corner).


Please mark any helpful or correct solutions as such. That helps others find their solutions.

I have provided feedback on un-clear text, and I get email acknowledging receipt. and an email when the contents has been updated. Now I rarely find the update addressed my point. but Servicenow does respond.
