Hello All,
We have a requirement to enable audit for deleted records of Software Installation (cmdb_sam_sw_install) table records Below are the list of things I tried to enable the audit for the deleted records
1. Audit check box was checked as true in Dictionary entry of Software installation table
2.I have checked for the attribute "no_audit_delete" was marked as false only in the Dictionary Entry
3. It was mentioned in some article that "References are restored only if the reference field is on an audited table and the Restore Deleted Record plugin is also activated." so I activated that plugin as well but no luck.
4. As there is no parent table for cmdb_sam_sw_install I was checked for an entry in sys_audit_delete table whenever there is any record deleted but there is no entry created
5.I have created a cross scope privilege's between Software Asset Management playbooks and Guided Setup and sys_audit_delete Global table
I tried above ways but still the entry was not created in deleted records table when ever there was record deleted in cmdb_sam_sw_install table
Regards,

Hi @SP22
I have already enabled audit on the Table level for cmdb_sam_sw_install table the problem I am facing is whenever any records deleted from this mentioned table then it was not getting captured in sys_audit_delete (deleted records) table

Hi,
Did you succeed in solving the problem? We are experiencing the same issue and haven't been able to figure out what is wrong.
Thanks!
