How to hide chat bubble on ServicePortal

Hello Experts,

On every ServicePortal page this bubble icon is visible:

I checked theme and there is no footer set. From where this icon might come? After clicking it regular VA chat opens but I would like to limit it to be visible only on chosen pages and I can't find where it comes from.

Hi,

is it showing on all portals?

In the left navigation -> Agent chat -> ensure the portal field is populated with the required portal where the VA should be shown

If the portal field is empty then the VA bubble would be shown on all portals
