Hi everyone,
i have a requirement that How to make the list view fields readonly when change request is in Closed or cancelled state.
only admins can edit the fields and itil users dont have access to edit it.

if you done with ACL , I will say that good.
For client script , Please check any OOTB Oncell edit script and you will get idea. Sorry I am a coder / pro , so cant give you any sample.

You cant make read only but you can add validation
create client script Oncelledit and there add condition of Role and then you can do it.

Thank for you reply , i have tried with Acl like table.* acl and type is LIST edit.
on role section used admin role and in advance condition again i'm checing the admin role and if its true and i'm giving access .
Could you please share me the oncelledit script, i can try with the smae.
