I have a requirement where Secondary alerts should not close automatically when the Primary alert is closed, but this needs to be applied only for one specific source.
I understand that modifying the Event Management properties can control this behavior globally, but I cannot change these settings as it would affect all other sources.
Is there a way to achieve this through a Business Rule? If yes, could you please guide me on how to implement it?
