Hello Community,
Anyone aware of how to provide access to see the data in the Metric Timeline for ITIL users? Because through the admin profile we can see the data in the PDI instance, when it comes to the ITIL users, it's not displaying any data for the same record.
It would be appreciated if anyone had a solution to this.
