How to pre-populate an assessment questionnaire with responses from a previous assessment?

Hi All,

When a user clicks 'take assessment' and logs in to answer an assessment, we want to pre-populate the answers from the previous assessment submitted.
Something like taking an assessment after saving it, only here we have two different asmt instance sys_ids - one new, one completed. Using the OOB UI page assessment_take2.do.

Any pointers please?
