How to remove the warning or message "Please configure Resolution Shaper for sn_customerservice_xxx_yyy" table ?

Hi Community,

I ma getting message or warning ""Please configure Resolution Shaper for sn_customerservice_xxx_yyy" when trying to open a case or loading an existing case .

I just need to get rid of this message , not been able to find what makes this message to appear and how to remove it from the page.

This means that you added resolution shaper field on your form.

You can use form layout to remove resolution shaper from your form layout and sys_resolutionshaper_config.LIST table to get rid of message.
