How to select Service Operations Workspace on ATF steps?

We are migrating from Agent workspace to Service Operations workspace and would like to migrate the existing ATFs as well. I am aware that we can set the Form UI to Agent Workspace but I'm not able to set it to Service Operations Workspace. It doesn't have an option for that. Does anyone know if this is possible? Could this be a ServiceNow thing that they forgot to include?

Jade13, I have just run into this exact issue as our organization is new to SN. Wondering if you found the answer or discovered a solution? Any help is greatly appreciated!

 

If any others know the solution, please feel free to post as well! Trying to set up a test to get to SOW and validate the ability of a user to personalize list by using the gear button.

Hi,

 

How did you get the service operation workspace option under Form UI. I did try adding application scope to service operation workspace. But I still don't see this option. Could you please help here
