Hi,
I am a bit confused regarding inbound emails to SNow.
I (think) I've turned on inbound emails using the OOB format -->
And I have this OOB POP3 configuration -->
I have tried all of the following addressing with nothing showing up in the INBOX or the RECEIVED
wachtertest@unix.service-now.com
a_user@wachtertest.service-now.com (a_user is a real user defined within the instance}
Any assistance would be greatly appreciated!

The email address should be your Service Now domain @ service-now.com, e.g. if you're domain is mycompany.service-now.com then the email address should be mycompany@service-now.com. Sometimes you need to get Service Now to restart the email service (log a ticket on hi).

You can also look at the 'Email Diagnostic' page to see some vital stats including last received email.

The email account associated is usually <instance>@service-now.com , you can find this under email accounts --> SMTP

Thanks everyone ...
The Diagnostics indicate that the service is READY, is running every 2 minutes BUT it has seen NO emails inbound :<
I'll keep digging.
