Hi All,
We have integrated Snow to Jira with the help of the integration hub (Jira spoke ), we have successfully mapped the fields and able to send the updates and receive updates from Jira.
As an OOB we have "copy attachment " spoke which should copy the attachment incident and send it to the Jira issue.
Which is not happening now.
Just want to check what data pill to be added to get the attachments.Below is the image for reference .
Regards,
Govardhan

Hi Govardhan,
Glad that it worked. If you could know the steps you followed for this using flow designer that would be helpful to understand and study. Example; plugins you activated, steps in flow designer etc

Hi Govardhan,
The above process worked for me for a single attachment. I want to send multiple attachments in one go. Can you tell me if there is any way to do that?

Hi Govardhan,
I want to update my priority, state, assignee, reporter and other field of JIRA which are different than my problem record.
Can you please help me. Can you please share your email. I hope you you did all the things with the JIRA Spoke.
Thanks
