How to send every record URL in reports? when end user click on that URL it should open record

Please Help me in this.

I am scheduling a weekly report and in that report i would like to add URL of that particular record , when user click on that URL in that  report it should directly open that record in ServiceNow .

I have tried creating a field called URL and after incident is created it will generate a link , if i click that link it will redirects to the record and its looks like clumsy .. so is there any other way to show just ''Click Here" when we click that ''Click Here" it should re-direct to the record OR is it possible incident number as hyperlink, so when we click on that number it should re-direct me to incident record.
