Hello,
I am really need of some suggestion regarding [sysapproval_approver] ACL.
My understanding is Approver can see only his/her approval requests,
currently approver can able to see other requests that came from [kb_knowledge].Please check the attachment Picture.
I want to show the approver to see his/her approval records only?
Goto: Filter Navigator > My Approval > Remove the filter
Regards,
Witt

Hi Witt,
If the logged in user has some fulfiller (ITIL) access then other approver records will also be shown but no action can be performed.
Can you also check if logged in user has some delegate user. If so, that is also responsible for displaying records.
In addition to this if you still need to restrict it for ITIL users so as to limit approvals then you need a Query BR on Approval table OR an update to existing ACL of type Read for Approval table.

Hello
I believe Abel Tuter has "itil" role, hence after removing filter condition, it is showing all the records. Even those records are not belongs to his approval.
