How to skip a column to be extracted using easy import.
The column should be visible in list view but when one is trying to create an excel template to import data , the excel should not contain State field.

Hi @Mishu
It is not possible. If you import the excel template then all fields will come. You can delete in excel after download.

Hi,
Please follow this:
You shouldn't remove the column from list view however when you create an excel template to import data to ServiceNow and remove the column you dont need in the template like I did. I created the template and removed the state field. You can decide what all column you need in the excel template. The one you dont need remove it from the template. Please find attached the template I used for incident table
my Incident List view
