How to turn OFF LDAP Import?

G24

Hello.  Every day at 5:30 AM or so, our User records are "refreshed" from LDAP, as can be seen here:

However, we don't understand how this is happening, because under the Application "LDAP", under module "Scheduled Loads" (or "Scheduled Data Imports"), we have all of the records turned OFF (Active = false), as can be seen here:

So what am I missing?  Where can I find the "trigger" or "scheduled job" or whatever it is that is kicking off this import at 5:30 AM?  Thank you!

Hi @G24

Have you checked in the LDAP Server record if 'listener' is enabled?

It might be updating because the listener recieves updates.

Yes, "Listener" is checked:

Allright,

Uncheck that and your problem is probably solved.

Well, here's the thing @Peter Bodelier ...

Records are only updated at 5:30 AM.  And if the "Listener" was the trigger, I would expect records to be updated all day long, whenever they change in LDAP.  Right?

Additionally, we have another instance, our DEV instance, that ALSO has the Listener checkbox checked, but is NOT importing records from LDAP.

So I'm still very confused as to what the trigger is that is causing records to be imported from LDAP to our sys_user table but ONLY at 5:30 AM EST each day.
