HR agent workspace missing bell notification sound when chat is auto-assigned.

Our team has received a few reports from multiple different agents. Stating they were assigned a chat and received no notification bell from the platform. This issue seems to occur very rarely and randomly. We have confirmed all of the ServiceNow notification preference are active and also the browser notification settings are enabled.
