HR Case description field populating as paragraph and not in separate lines. How can this be changed for description field to be populated as lines?

You can include HTML in the short description and Break Line.

The short description field is called short because it is meant to be just that. If you need multiple lines you should use description for that.

This is a known issue after Utah upgrade and will be fixed from Utah Patch 5 onwards.
