HR Service Activity Issue

Unable to trigger HR Task using HR service activity. I tried and template is not triggering on Task, Don't know what's wrong

Are you using 'HR task' table on HR Template ??
If Not using choosing HR task you won't  get option for HR Task Type.

And in HR service please choose Service Activity and under service activity use Task and choose your HR template.
That Should solve the issue

Have you selected the fulfillment type as "service Activity "

@SandeepKSingh Could you please share some more details on your HR Service Activity configuration, may be a screenshot will help.

 

Also, please check the fulfilment type of your HR Service, it should be Service Activity

I mean here HR task is not creating even after choosing HR Template correctly . Under HR service I choose service activity and add task under it but task is not triggering

The HR Task was some hoe missing from template and state was set to --none-- so it was never triggering.
I have change to Reay and selected the task and it worked
