The country filters are missing when a user is browsing 'information'. Please add the filters so a user can navigate the content more easily. The filters are available when the user searches. See attached screenshots.

Hello Gangaiah,


These filters are controlled by what are called "Facets" in AI Search.
Have you verified whether the conditions behind your facet configurations are set up correctly?

You can find these settings via:
1. Filter Navigator -> AI Search -> Search Experience -> Search Applications
2. Open the relevant search app (likely ESC Portal Default Search Application in your case)
3. Go to the tab "Facets" and verify the facet fields are correctly mapped
