If there is holiday tomorrow and i want to stop the SLA only for tomorrow then what should i do??

Scenario is if there is Eid holiday tomorrow we got to know this by today evening then how will we ensure that sla should not breach for any incident

Does the SLA has a schedule attached to it? If yes, add a holiday entry to the related schedule.

Hi Haider,
To achieve this scenario you need create a child schedule for Eid holiday and add that schedule to your parent schedule.
In child schedule entry select type as Excluded,Select Show as Busy, for When Select Eid date, Select timezone, Select Does not repeat in repeats choice.

But why do we need another schedule for this? Can't we use scheduled entry related list and just create a entry as holiday?
