I have to import knowledge articles in bulk from one of the legacy KM into ServiceNow KM. They are all placed on a web but I can download them as PDF. I tried to convert PDF to work from online sources and imported the doc. I was able to import it from Import functionality but it can be done only one by one, not in bulk.
1) What is the best way to upload articles in bulk?
2) How to replace the existing child article links embedded in parent articles of legacy application into ServiceNow? Does ServiceNow provides any mechanism for it?
3) Can I import the articles from HTTP/HTTPS web location or do they need to publish APIs to do so?
4) Does ServiceNow provides any parsing for handling embedded URLs and replacements?

Hi Ankur - I have already searched the community but did not get any answer for my questions 2,3 & 4. If you could help me to get the answer then it would be of great help.
