Inbox option missing on Service operations workspace for non Admin users

Inbox option is available for Admin users on Service operations workspace but not for non Admin users though the user has AWA_agent role.

Where exactly you saw that checkbox?

I'm struggling with the same issue. Funny thing, when I impersonate the agent, I can see the inbox, but on his side he cannot.

Hmmm, if you can see it when impersonating but they cannot on their own, it is almost certain that they are either doing something wrong (going to Agent Workspace for instance, instead of SOW) or it is a browser-specific issue for them (ad blocker extension, etc.)
