Hi, I need help as soon as I claim an incident, I need the group to be a specific group in deafult. I would appreciate your help!

Yes, but it's a general solution for a specific incident and I need it to be the default for every incident I open

All you need is to skip al conditions , follow the same steps and add a default value.
