Incident/task number not showing in the announcement workspace

Hello Everyone


In workspace announcements able to see outage number but not showing the incident even task incident moved to right side in view config.

Please have look on below screen shot.

Hello @Vinod S Patil ,

Verify View Configuration from configurations of workspace experience. Make sure the Incident field is included in the configuration.
Verify that the Incident field is visible and not hidden by any UI policies or client scripts.
Ensure that the user has the necessary permissions to view the Incident field.
