Incident task number

Hello All

 

I had added incident task to my incident  form and created incident task but incident number from incident form  is not mapping to incident task form. Can you please help me with this.

Hi Aneela, 

 

You have to navigate to incident_task.incident related list and check if omit if empty is checked.

Added incident task parent in related list tried business rules and client scripts on incident task table but cannot map incident number in incident task .

You got to pull the right related list i.e Incident Task >incident , you have incident task>Universal Request

Thank you for your response I tried adding incident task>incident. But cannot find incident task tab in incident related list .
