Increase Duration of Info Messages

Hi

In Service Portal, when I raise a ticket I get an info message appearing.

If I hover the mouse on this it stays, otherwise it disappears <5seconds.

How can I go about increasing the time these info messages are displayed on the screen, without requiring the mouse to be hovered over it?

I use:

gs.addInfoMessage('Thank you for accepting our solution for ' + data.number);

I don't think you will be able to do this.



Remove infomessage after specified time
