Increase the size and placement of the annotation /message in servicenow portal

HI Community,

I have a requirement, i need to increase the size and placement of the annotation /message in servicenow portal....Currently this is appearing at the top i want this to be appear at the center an increase the size of this as well.

How can we achieve this?

I was checking this UI notifications but i would not able to find it.

Under service portals> portals i opened our main portal in that i opened theme in that i can see css variable but nothing about notifications and in css include related list there are 17 records im not sure is that also a correct place to check i don't see this ui notifications

You can use Theme Builder (I guess); this can be used for the theming and configurations theme, although I'm not sure. I hope this will help you:
