Increasing the document preview size limit

Hello there again!!

I still couldn't get the solution to increase the preview limit for my attachment using document viewer. I have done the following

system property limit : Increased it from 50 to 100

Selected a file with nearly 72kb size

added it on the required record and tried to preview it by clicking on view option. I am still getting the same window

what am I missing. Is this achievable? Please help me here!

Looks like max size you can increase is to 72 or 73 MB which looks like limitation and file you are uploading is not 72 KB but 72 MB, please use converter 😬

Thanks for replying and about that size sorry it was a typo, I meant nearly 72MB/72000 KB and yes, I did try changing the limit to only 72MB in the property at the start, no luck there too:(

I'm not aware about limitation, you can check one by one, try with 60 MB then 70 MB and whatever is max is the limitation.

I tried checking for the limit by trying to preview docs of various size, however, I couldn't preview large docs (>50MB). even though the system property limit is changed (changed to 60MB,70MB, 80MB, 100MB etc) the preview is allowed only till 50MB. even for 56MB document, it displayed the message "file exceeds limit, please download", not sure what to do here for their ask
