is GENAI ITSM plugin free for PDI

I am trying to activate genai itsm plugin in pdi.
somehow its not activated. Can anyone please guide me here

GEN AI plug not available for PDI. SN may in future bring this. If you want t know about NOW Assist, Now leaning course available which come with 4 days labs to do hands on.

Hi @sayan3 ,

as far as I know Gen AI is not available in PDIs. You can try it in a training instance within Gen AI course in Now Learning.
