is Now Assist available for PDI?

Hello,

it's time to play with Now Assist and see how can i create a value proposition on this product.

My first question is: is it possible to install Now Assist on PDIs?

I know, i know, this question was asked beore (Jan, Feb), but we are in mid June and i hope something has changed.

If is not available, i know that there are Lab instances available for 4 days but i need something more stable. What do you suggest?

Hi @hanwar2 You can take up a Now Assist Essential and Now Assist and Generative AI trainings

and there is also a Micro Certificate available  Now Assist Executive Micro-Certification Learning Path

Currently, Now Assist isn't available on Personal Developer Instances (PDIs); it's limited to customer instances.

However, you can explore Now Assist through free learning instances provided by ServiceNow via Now Learning. Enrolling in Now Assist courses there will give you hands-on experience in a lab environment.

Hi Anoop,
Currently, I am on Yokohama Patch 1a, but as you can see, there’s an independent setup, so a Now Assist Panel can’t be turned on unless one of the required plugins is installed. However, installing a plugin from the Plugin application store prompts a procurement request from official ServiceNow store, which suggests that the plugin isn’t readily available in Yokohama Patch 1...
