There are few kb article that are in published state but their articles body is not visible to the ITIL user. Also there is no user criteria defined.

Please suggest.

There is a "valid to" date populated, which hides the article after that date, regardless of published status...try pushing that out and see if it fixes your issue. Please mark as solution provided, if it helps! Thanks!

Valid to date is already a future date but still kb article content is missing.

 

maybe check the knowledge base level "can read" attribute(s) also? --- these settings are at the base level and article level
