Knowledge base are not available on Service portal

Hello All,

I have a requirement to show knowledge articles on service portal. I have added my knowledge base on the portal records but strangely Knowledge base itself is not showing up under source on service portal.

Please guide me the steps to add my knowledge base and respective knowledge articles to show on the portal.

Hi @Souvick6917,

 

1.In the left navigation column, go to Knowledge and click My Knowledge Artical to start a new article.

  1. 2. On the Knowledge form, fill in the fields.

After That save this Form.

Open Form Again and click on publish Button.

After That Goto the  Approval tab and Approve the Request

Open Service portal

The issue is Knowledge base is not showing under sources on the portal as I have attached the screenshot. The knowledge articles I checked are all published and have a category and knowledge base attached to it and I have admin role.

 

It can be a cache issue.

Hi @Souvick6917 ,

 

Look for Service Portal >> Portal from application navigator.

In the list layout add Knowledge base column. Look for the appropriate portal & ensure knowledge base is populated.
