Knowledge Base article source code

Hello everyone,

I am wondering if there is any way I can use Markdown and Mermaid syntax in KB article. As long as I tested, only HTML is available. But if I can use Markdown or Mermaid, it would be great from the visibility and traceability perspective.

Any comment would be appreciated. Thank you.

@Mari2 Unfortunately, except HTML, you will not be able to use Markdown/Mermaid syntax in KB articles. These markup languages are not supported.

Hi Sandeep,

Thank you very much for your response. And understood HTML is the only supported language. Thank you!

Did you try importing the article from a word document to see if that works?

Hi Sanjiv,

Thank you very much for your comment.

I just tested. Unfortunately, it did not work (the actual syntax will be displayed as below).
