LDAP OU Definition's filter keeps changing

Hi, 

I'm not sure if this is an expected behaviour or not but the employee OU definition keeps changing from out of the box to a specific user. Has anyeone experienced this? I checked the updated by and it was system.

@Nattaphol Ubols  After removing the RDN values, did the filter alone got reverted or the RDN values as well?
