List layout not working as expected

Hi everyone,

i am very new to servicenow and working on configuring the list layout,

For one CI class, i am facing issue like after configuring the list as an admin, the correct list is visible only to the admins.

When i am impersonating with the non-admin role, the changes are not getting reflected for their profile.

Can someone help me on this?

This is not for specific user.


so i cant check for all the users.

I understand that it is not for only one user. Can you please share the screen shot of what are the views you have on that particular list?

I am sorry that i didn't mention that the non admin users are from the child domain, but as i am making changes in global domain,they should be available to them

Did you try clicking on reset to column defaults button, which you can get by clicking on gear icon on the list?
