List layout not working as expected

Hi everyone,

i am very new to servicenow and working on configuring the list layout,

For one CI class, i am facing issue like after configuring the list as an admin, the correct list is visible only to the admins.

When i am impersonating with the non-admin role, the changes are not getting reflected for their profile.

Can someone help me on this?

Then there should be a different view for end users and other users. You can check the view on:

Yes i have checked already.


There default view is selected.


I have made configurations for default view only, but the user is not able to see those list elements .


I checked he is able to see other view.


How to make him visible the default view, any idea?


Check if there are any access controls with Read Operation on the table?


I checked, there are no ACL's written for this.
