lotus note migration to servicenow

Hi All,

We are planning to migrate lotus note to Servicenow. (all application & service request of lotus note needs to be moved to ServiceNow.).We want to automate this thing.

Has anyone worked on this?Any idea regarding this will be helpful.

Hi Paramita,

Last year we have migrated our Knowledge Management System from Lotus Notes to ServiceNow, As lotus notes uses flat file system inplace of any database,

We have written crawler to crawl all the database and populate the data to MySQL database.
