Making Fields Visible Under Conditions

I have created 4 fields for my Incident form but I only want them to be visible when a particular Subcategory is chosen.   How can I do this?   Is it a Business Rule?   A UI Policy?   Something else?

Oh, I see.   However, how do I select my newly created fields?   It is only showing me the fields from the Incident Table.


If you're setting up UI policies on the incident form, that's all you are going to see though.   What are you trying to achieve?


Pretty much the same stuff in Eureka. Same logic applies. Form is a bit different
