Hello Experts,
I am seeking advice on the best practices for modifying the out-of-the-box workflow. We have specific requirements to adjust the asset management workflow for our service catalog. Would it be better to create a copy of the existing workflow and modify that version to meet our needs, or should we directly modify the out-of-the-box version? Thank you for your guidance!

Hi @AJ5 ,
The best practice is to create a copy of the existing workflow and modify that not to modify anything on the OOTB workflow.

Thank you @Community Alums. Do we also need to deactivate the OOTB workflow after the copy?

Hi @AJ5
Once you deactivate the OOB flows unable to make activate , best practise is make a copy of the flow and play around.
