I want to create a single report in which I need to count the number of incidents in a two "Group By" levels.
The first level should be by "Assigned To" field and the second level by Month. As I want to see how many incidents has been assigned to each person and per month.
I have tried putting these two fields in the Group By field in the report, but it does not come as two level grouping by. I am able to slice it by person only or by month only.
Please advise.
