Hi, Seeking for help to wake my instance dev223870 as it has been down for some reasons since last week. All of a sudden, it was offline without any notices, I could not have time to prepare backup for all those undergoing testing and developments. I am trying to refresh it everyday but no help.
Would be thankful if someone could help me to resume my instance back online.
Regards,

Hi @Thant1
I've been using PDI without any issues since this morning, but I've noticed several posts in the community about PDI being offline. Here are some points to consider:
- There is no support available for PDI.
- If you can wait, let's wait a bit longer.
- You can release this instance and start a new one, but you will lose your previous data. To avoid losing update sets in the future, make sure to take regular backups of your PDI.
There have been 3-4 posts in the community today about PDI failures or unavailability. Based on the responses, you might need to wait 1-2 days and hopefully, the PDI will be back online else release the instance.
If my response proves useful, please indicate its helpfulness by selecting " Accept as Solution" and " Helpful." This action benefits both the community and me.

HI @Thant1
Unfortunately there is no support provided by service now on PDI.
If you get tired of waiting, release your instance and request a fresh installation. Please note, that any work that you might have done and haven't backed up will be lost.
Thanks

Hi @Thant1 ,
There is no support available for PDIs, if it's not UP since last week, most likely it has been reclaimed.
You need to request for new PDI.
-Thanks,
AshishKM

Hi @Thant1
Unfortunately, ServiceNow doesn't provide support for PDIs.
Refer PDI FAQs here.
https://developer.servicenow.com/dev.do#!/guides/xanadu/now-platform/faq/pdi_faq
Make sure to take backup of your data regularly if you're working on any important work and you'll need to resume in future.
Please mark the answer as correct solution and helpful if helped.
