Need to create multiple RITM's in one req when submit perticular Catalog item

Hi Experts,
I have a requirement like
We are creating one new catalog item, in that item we are making requested for field allowing to add multiple users, If the user submits the request with multiple users need to create multiple RITM's under same Request. (per one user need to create one RITM), All the Variables remines same.
Can anyone help me on this.

Use the requested for variable type there you will get an option to enable Also request for . You will get an option to raise the request for multiple people and only request will be generated and multiple ritms will be generated. It works only on portal

Is there any way to show this functionality from platform side as well?
As per my requirement, Users can submit requests from both Platform and Portal sides.
