Notification to users in Watchlist

Hi All,

i have configured one notification in task table, it should trigger when task created and update to requester and to watchlist ppl, its working for requester but not for watchlist,

can some one help me where its wrong.

Hi Roopa,

May I ask where this watchlist is present, is it on the requested item or request.

If its request, you will have to pick the users from the request by dot walking

Also, make sure that send to event creator option is checked.

Watchlist is in RITM, so its copied to Task as well.

Do you think the watchlist is getting populated only after notification is triggered?

Try giving it a shot by selecting watchlist from RITM instead  of the task.
