Optin / Out of MS Teams notifications

We are in the process of rolling out the MSTeams Actionable Notifications, and given these are triggered by business rules rather than being actual notifications, I was wondering if there was an out of the box way for users to opt in / out of receiving the notifcations on a case by case basis?

I have the same question. I don't see any way of doing this currently within ServiceNow itself without customisation and it seems an obvious requirement. Maybe we are missing something, but on this DOCS page:

https://docs.servicenow.com/bundle/sandiego-servicenow-platform/page/administer/virtual-agent/concep...

it states:

User subscriptions for notifications

End users can subscribe or unsubscribe to notifications on the channel that they're using. For example, the chat menu provides a toggle switch that users can use to subscribe or unsubscribe to notifications on the web channel.

In the conversational integrations for SlackMicrosoft TeamsWorkplace from Facebook services, end users manage their notification subscriptions by using the Subscribe and Unsubscribe commands.

which hints the user is expected to unsubscribe in MS Teams, Slack etc. In MS Teams for example click on the three dots ... icon next to your profile and select settings. You can then see the Notifications option, but this seems to be at a global all notifications level and does not seem to be at a granular notification level, so this does not meet our requirements.

***If Correct/Helpful please take time mark as Correct/Helpful. It is much appreciated.***
