Order Guide Issue- Multiple Applications Selected Generating Only Single RITM and Need Multiple

We have an APPLICATION SUPPORT order guide with ~40 applications listed. One of the forms within this order guide is for ACCESS APPLICATIONS and within that form, several different applications use that same form. If someone requests support for two or more of these ACCESS APPLICATIONS, only one RITM is being generated presumably because those applications are all within that same form, but we need it to generate one RITM per application requested, even if it is the same item.

 

How can we accomplish this? A further question also, how best to differentiate between the RITM generated? Can we alter the shown text to show the application requested in each somehow? Below is a screenshot of what it looks like when someone requests multiple applications in the order guide, and we want it to show one for each app even if the same form/item is being used.

We did try to tweak the conditions to remove one of the applications from the rule set, and create another rule set for that application, but it still only generated the one form to fill out-

I have come to find that there are several queries about this over the years, but no actual solutions other than copying the item out for each app. The add to cart and then add another is not something I would recommend to a customer... the kludge is too great.
