I have an order guide that should only be seen on the Employee Center by certain groups, for example ITIL. The order guide has a 'requested by' and 'requested for' variable. This order guide would ideally only be visible by ITIL users but they need to be able to populate the 'requested for' variable with any user. The 'requested by' variable is auto populated with the current logged in user and is read-only.
I tried clearing the user criteria from 'Available for' on the order guide and now I am able to add any user to 'requested for' but now the order guide is visible on the Employee Center and I do not want all users to see/access/search for it.
Looking for guidance on how to achieve this result. Thanks.
