I have created an Automated Indicator to collect daily active incidents. When I checked the snapshot of the indicator 30 days old, I can see the some of the field values are changed. for eg - state filed shows inactive state value "closed". Does the snapshot values change? I expected to see the active states of the ticket for past days in the Snapshot.

Hi @Jay85 ,
I think that I finally understand what your were wondering about. The performance Analytics doesn't keep af snapshot of all the data in the incident, but only keeps a score according to your breakdown / automated indicator for reporting purpose.
So when you go into analytic hub and look at the tickets from 23rd of December and look at the tickets, the tickets will show their current state (like a normal reports). Eg. if you look at your snapshot:
INC2144441 (bottom one) has closed date 01-02-2023, but snapshot in the automated indicator is from 23rd of December. Hope above give some explanation to understand the performance analytics.

Hi @Jay85 ,
It really depends on how you have created your filters for the automated indicator. Lets say on day one the active state was new and day 2 the active state was in progress. You can only see a count of how many - not track the single record over time.
Off course I could have misunderstood your question, hence please give some further explanation.

Hi Anders,
Thanks for the reply, just want to understand how the snapshot works here. I am getting the correct count of active tickets every day. for eg- today (6th Jan 2023) I can see 10 active incidents and in the snapshot field Acitve = true for all the 10 tickets, after a week if go back and check the snapshot of 6th Jan 2023, i may not see Active = True for the 10 tickets, for some of tickets Active = false.

Hi @Jay85 ,
Have you remembered to set some timeframe in the scheduled job / indicator source / automated indicator? if not, then remember if you collect incident on daily basis, and haven't set the relative start and relative end to one day ago, the snapshot data can change, due to it's collecting the active = true today.
If you can provide a snapshot of your scheduled data collection job and one of the filter you have utilized (both on indicator source and automated indicator level, it will be much easier to state why data is changing.

Hi Anders,
I have configured the daily job as relative start and relative end to one day ago. On the indicator just the condition active = true.
The above snapshot is for 23rd Dec data. When i checked on 24th Dec states of all these tickets where active values like New, In progress or On hold. However, when i checked today i can see the closed states. So, what i understand snapshot is not static data and it will change with tickets current states
