Personal Developer Instance is undergoing unscheduled maintenance

Vignesh G

Hello,

My PDI is under unscheduled maintainence for 3 to 4 days now, will it end or should I reset my instance to solve this issue?

Can anyone help me with this? Because I have some important update sets in it

Thanks

I've been using PDI without any issues since this morning, but I've noticed several posts in the community about PDI being offline. Here are some points to consider:

  1. There is no support available for PDI.
  2. If you can wait, let's wait a bit longer.
  3. You can release this instance and start a new one, but you will lose your previous data. To avoid losing update sets in the future, make sure to take regular backups of your PDI.

Hi @Vignesh G

general, nobody can tell you. You can wait till it comes online again or you can release the instance and request a fresh installation - the choice is yours. Basic is, there is no support and nobody can help. Just notice, if you release the instance your important update sets will be gone if you haven't backed it up.
